Built inside a parts operation, not a pitch deck.
AvTools started as internal tooling at a working aviation parts and repair business. The problems it solves are the ones that ate our own days: condition photos stranded on a shop camera, quotes rebuilt by hand from RFQ emails, compliance paperwork chased across systems, and month-end books that didn't quite match the ERP.
We automated our own dock-to-books loop first. The tools worked well enough that documentation stopped slipping on busy days, so we turned them into a platform other parts companies can run alongside the AvSight, QuickBooks, or Smart145 systems they use. Modules are enabled per company rather than as one universal bundle.
The bench comes first
Documentation only happens if it fits inside the work. Every workflow is designed to be done standing at the part, not later at a desk. If a feature can't survive receiving on a busy morning, it doesn't ship.
Fit the operation you actually run
Modules are enabled per company, and not every tenant uses every module. Each workflow is configured around the systems and responsibilities that operation has instead of assuming one universal stack.
The ERP stays the system of record
AvTools connects to the systems each operation uses. Books Sync specifically cross-checks AvSight accounting documents against QuickBooks. Smart145 supports record lookup and document-scanning workflows; it does not power Books Sync.
Records you can defend
Aviation paperwork gets audited. Sealed reports carry PAdES digital signatures and RFC 3161 timestamps, and anyone holding the document can verify it publicly. No trust-us required.
AvTools is a brand of Turbsol Management, LLC, a United States company. We're a small team of aviation parts people and engineers, and the fastest way to reach a human is sales@avtools.aero.
